This appears to be the "patched" torrent. Unfortunately, the files geocities.com.7z.001 and geocities.com.7z.001.part in the SUBSITES folder are full of null bytes and so that archive cannot be extracted. The original torrent may have an undamaged version of the file, but it appears that it is no longer being seeded.
some files have two each. one letter is uppercase and the other one is lowercase. this is the only difference between them. so it cannot be downloaded into the same folder. why did this happen? sample :
