This archive contains only the publications (`www.usip.org/publications/`), specifically:
1. HTML of search pages listing all publications
2. HTML of publication text for everything linked from search results
3. Downloads of approximately 94% of the files referenced in those articles (images mostly, but also PDFs)

There is no CSS or JS to format articles, and many image and file links will be broken as they include the base URL (though the files may still be available in the archive!).  The archive does not include any of the other sections of the site, which included grant information, information for educators, and various about pages.  A YouTube page, podcast, and social media accounts associated with USIP were also not included here.

Since USIP is (was?) an independent organization and not an official US Government function (regardless of the opinions of said government), the copyright on these files is almost certainly held by the organization and/or the individual article authors.},
