This is the public catalog of the United States National Archives, searchable at https://catalog.archives.gov/. As a work of the United States Government, it is in the public domain (though some of the items in the archives themselves are covered by copyright).  This is a capture of the catalog as of 2025-02-21: it consists of collections and record groups in the JSON format, with the former indexing into the latter.  Entries usually contain brief descriptions of the associated item, and any entries with online components (e.g., scans or documents) additionally list the URLs of any associated digital objects.  Entries for photos of documents usually contain (inaccurate) OCR transcriptions of the visible text.

This is quite similar to catalog archives offered by the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) itself through Amazon S3:
